ORIAGON LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, operates LogosLive, a real-time translation and language accessibility application for video calls ("Service"). LogosLive is designed as an accessibility and inclusion tool to help professionals who face language barriers participate meaningfully in multilingual meetings.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website logoslive.app ("Website") or use our desktop application.
By using our Website or Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Waitlist Registration: Name, email address, and tier preference when you sign up for our waitlist.
- Account Information: Email address and license key when you purchase a subscription.
- Payment Information: Payment details are processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full billing details on our servers.
- Support Communications: Any information you provide when contacting us for support.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Hours of listening and voice usage consumed, tier, session timestamps, and feature usage (e.g., copilot requests, exports).
- Device Information: Operating system version, application version, screen resolution, and audio device configuration (for troubleshooting purposes only).
- Website Analytics: Pages visited, referral source, browser type, and approximate location (country/region level). Collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
2.3 Audio Data
LogosLive does not record, store, or retain your audio. This is fundamental to our design:
- Audio captured from your system (meeting audio) and microphone (your voice) is processed in real-time memory only.
- Audio fragments are sent to third-party AI services for speech-to-text processing, translated, and immediately discarded.
- No audio files are created, saved to disk, or transmitted to our servers.
- Transcripts generated during a session exist only in your local application memory and are discarded when you close the application, unless you explicitly choose to export them.
- Exported transcripts are saved locally on your device. We have no access to them.
- We have no access to the content of your meetings or conversations.
- We do not use your audio or meeting content to train AI models.
2.4 What We Do NOT Collect

LogosLive uses the following third-party services to process data in real time:

All sub-processors are located in the United States. By using LogosLive, you consent to the transfer of data to these providers in the US.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Process transactions and manage your subscription
- Track usage against your plan's included hours
- Send transactional emails (license key delivery, usage alerts, receipts)
- Respond to support requests
- Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the product
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information, use your audio to train AI, share your meeting content, profile you for advertising, or use tracking pixels or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights
6.1 All Users

You additionally have the right to restrict processing, object to processing, lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, and request data portability. Legal basis: consent (waitlist), contractual necessity (subscription), legitimate interest (product improvement).
6.3 California Residents (CCPA)
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell your data.

7. User Responsibility
LogosLive processes audio from meetings that may include other people's voices. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of LogosLive complies with applicable privacy and recording consent laws. We strongly recommend informing meeting participants. See Section 3 of our Terms of Service.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure API endpoints, no server-side audio storage, access controls on infrastructure, and regular review of sub-processor security practices. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
9. Children's Privacy
LogosLive is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Cookies and Tracking
Our Website may use essential cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, cross-site tracking, or fingerprinting.
11. Changes to This Policy
